Specializing in Stackers, Bundlers, and Conveyors

Ben Scheffler had been employed by Stobb, the leading stacker/bundler manufacturer for fifteen years. Having spent his early years in Stobb's engineering department, he was promoted in 1981 to sales management. PGE began its rebuilding by focusing on Stobb equipment but soon developed experience and expertise with SMC and Baldwin stackers. Later, Ben and his organization began to address specific customer requirements which lead them into designing and manufacturing new stacker/bundlers.

Today PGE has grown to occupy 15,000 square feet and employing 19 people in its rural Hamburg, PA facility. Machine sales are fairly evenly divided between rebuilt and enhanced older machines and new PGE machines.
