PGE offers an assortment of new and reconditioned high-quality material handling products - from stackers, conveyors, counter systems, and strapping material.

PGE also offers used equipment, such as bindery equipment, presses, and press auxiliaries. A complete list is available upon request. We are also able to sell your equipment for you on consignment.

Our specialty is total reconditioning of stackers and bundlers. The purchase of a new stacker has reached the point where reconditioning your existing unit, or the purchase of a reconditioned unit, can result in tremendous savings for your company.

We also supply new horizontal drumless stackers and bundlers.

Stacker Option

1. Bundle Transfer System - which can be added to existing PBC models, or purchased with a reconditioned unit.
2. Bundle tilt sections for vertical bundlers (needed when a vacuum crane is used).
3. Counter Systems - which includes QTMS or proximity switch counters. Digital counter.

Dynaric Strapping Equipment   

1. Semi-automatic strapping head
2. Fully automatic strapping head

Either can be retro-fitted with existing units or purchased with new equipment.  All pricing will include installation.  Strapping material also available - 1/2" polystrap - 9" or 16" dispenser.

Conveyors are built new by PGE - straight sections, 90 degree dual drive bump turns, 90 degree flow turns, spreader conveyors and extension conveyors, which can be added to stackers or bump turns, and swing sections for different height levels. Jogger sections can also be added to conveyor sections upon request; or special design conveyors also upon request.  PGE has a limited quantity of used conveyors available.

PGE has a large inventory of replacement parts for brick stackers, bundlers (horizontal and vertical), Count-O-Veyors, and drumless style units.
